Two different styles of Acupuncture are offered at Better Mind Body Spirit – Japanese and Chinese.
The use of either style depends on the condition and the preference of the patient. The main difference that most patients immediately recognise is the very Superficial needling methods of the Japanese Style. This is almost painless compared to some needle techniques used in the TCM (Chinese) style, which can be somewhat ‘Achey’ or ‘Throbby’
