At BMBS Acupuncture and Natural Therapies we have a variety of Dietary, Nutrition and Lifestyle advice plans specific to your condition. These plans are tailor made to you depending on your condition viewed from both Western and East Asian treatment options.

Dietary plans include advice on Foods to Eat and Foods to Avoid depending on your condition.

‘Practitioner Dispensing Only’ strength Nutritional Supplements are used at BMBS Acupuncture and Natural Therapies; these cannot be bought over the counter due to their high potency. Supplements include everything from Vitamin C, Zinc and B Vitamins to Fish Oils, Sleeping Remedies and Minerals

Lifestyle Advice is generally given within a normal consult – this will vary depending on the current state of the condition, how long its been active for and how quickly you want it to improve.

Exercise is an important part to everyones daily routine. Without it, energy and blood flow stagnate, which slows the rate at which toxic waste is eliminated from within the body. Our team have years of experience in exercise and can advise on how and what to implement into the day to make sure the energy and blood flow is adequate enough.
